During the year 2021, I had the privilege of serving as the Manager of the Programming Department for the e-commerce online store project called SensesRD. My primary role involved leading project requirement management, evaluating technical aspects through client meetings, conducting requirement gathering, technical documentation, budget quotation at the hourly level, and planning using Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with Asana as the management tool.

In this role, I efficiently coordinated the development team throughout all project phases, ensuring adherence to established deadlines on the schedule. In addition to my managerial responsibility, I actively participated in development as a programmer, contributing to the construction of the online store using the PrestaShop CMS on the Symphony framework, with a special focus on the frontend, involving the implementation of designs and functionalities using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
